Our Head Chef, Bill Johnson, retired after a 25 year private industry career, brings an
accumulated total of nearly two decades of cooking experience to his newest
venture, Flames BBQ & Smokehouse. His innovative style and culinary
creations have always been a hit with his clients, friends, and family.
