Welcome to Flames!
Under current ownership since August, 2006, Flames has been providing
excellent value dining to the Northwest Valley for over 12 years.
 Our slow roasted chicken, tri-tip, and baby
back ribs are our specialty. Our home-made side dishes include garlic roasted
potatoes, sweet yams, vegetable rice, potato salad, baked beans and more.
Our sandwich menu includes pulled BBQ pork, tri tip, chicken, and more. For
something different, try our BBQ chopped chicken salad. Daily lunch specials
include our fire-roasted chicken, sandwiches, and
salads.

Our kitchen revamp is nearly complete and you can see the changes in our
menu that the new configuration now allows. The redesign also allows
us to serve you faster with even fresher food. Pulled pork, juicier
Tri-Tip, beef and pork ribs, tastier Hot Wings, and screaming hot
Louisiana Hot Links are just a few of the changes. |
